Welcome to Byno Ltd. These Terms of Engagement ("Terms") govern our professional relationship and the engineering of your digital assets. By commissioning our work, you agree to the protocols outlined below.

1. Scope of Engineering

Byno Ltd. provides bespoke digital infrastructure including web architecture, SEO scaling, and advanced interface design. The specific scope of your project is defined in your "Project Genesis" brief or signed proposal.

• Any additions to the initial scope will be signaled as "New Deployments" and quoted separately.
• We do not provide unlimited revisions; the project is delivered in phased "Verification Sprints".

2. Financial Protocols

Project initialization requires a commitment deposit as outlined in your proposal. Work will not commence until the Neural Guard engine confirms the initialization signal (payment received).

• Retainer Models: For ongoing SEO or maintenance, fees are billed on a 30-day recurring cycle.
• Final Deployment: Handover of administrative credentials occurs only upon final settlement of all investment balances.

3. Intellectual Domain

Upon final settlement, the commercial license for the specific digital asset shifts to you. However, Byno Ltd. retains the proprietary rights to original "Core Logic", internal frameworks, and specific engineering methods used to build the asset.

4. Professional Conduct

We expect transparent and collaborative communication. Byno Ltd. reserves the right to terminate any engagement if the "Neural Integrity" of the relationship is compromised via unprofessional conduct or illegal activity.

5. Deployment Guarantee

We guarantee a 99.9% performance uptime for assets hosted on our premium server grid. For third-party hosting, our responsibility concludes after the initial Handover Verification.
